Being called "Prego"

Has anyone you don't specifically like called you by the name of "Prego"? And how did it make you feel? My crackhead neighbor was across the street and all of a sudden I heard "Prego!" I ignored him thinking maybe he would stop. He then continued to say it again. I was very upset and was very short with him. He then continued to say "oh wow you're starting to show" so what I am but I didn't want to hear that from him.
