What are your thoughts, please!

Some TMI....I'm 14dpo today. Af is due 11/3. I have been spotting for 3 days. for the most part I have only needed a liner or its been when I wipe. Yesterday and today it's brown. Today there have been a few times that I feel gushes like af is definitely here, so I run of to the ladies room and it's just watery fluid on my liner with a little brown. I have tested today but I think it's a bfn. My boobs and nipples hurts so bad. I started spotting on cycle day 23, for me I have never had such a short cycle. Usually 28, 29 days. Please, have you had anything similar? Advice, experience?
