Incontinence?! :-(

Question

Okay - awkward but who is experiencing some incontinence at this stage? I'm 36+3 and feel like I'm leaking at various points throughout the day - especially when I sneeze,  cough,  etc.. I have to wear a pad and I HATE it.

Anyone else? Any 2nd or 3rd time moms want to weigh in on what this is like post pregnancy?! I've been doing my kegels every damn day!

Isn't it lovely!  I love it when I feel like I smell like urine.  Unfortunately, this is one of those fun little pregnancy facts no one tells you about.  This is my 2nd, and after my daughter I didn't dare cough or sneeze with out crossing my legs.  She is 7!!  Oh well, what a little urine for my 2 kiddos!  Lol.

Yes. Yes to all of this. 2nd time momma here and even though I have done kegels religiously in the past and still continue to do so, I still have incontinence issues. Even today at Walmart. I thought at first I was leaking and realized I just uncontrollably peed myself a little. Panty liners have become a part of my life now.

I peed the bed about a week ago. Had a dream I was fixing our bathtub, I felt myself let it go and luckily woke before I full on peed everywhere. Just a small area.. I thought my waters broke though! But all it was, was pee lol my 2nd baby
