Need Help please

I ovulated on Oct 18/19th. The past week I have had tender and swolen breasts, today small lumps/spots appeared around my nipples. I have also been going to the toilet more the past 2 days. I tested today and it was Negative. My cycles are irregular so can't tell for sure when AF is due. Am I out or do I still have a chance? When should I do another test? Really hoping for the positive result.
