Lower back pain ending in BFP?

How many of you girls had bad lower back pain in your TWW to finally end with a BFP? Did you have cramps in your legs as well with your back ache? This is the first month of TTC that I can't shake away my lower back pain. It's everyday and constant and I've never ever had this, so let me know :)
