Coconut oil
I've had people suggest using coconut oil for my dry cracked nipples from breastfeeding but I was wondering if it was safe for the baby? Or do you have to remove it before feeding the baby?
I had been using lanolin but it doesn't seem to be helping but i know it's safe for the baby and doesn't have to removed beforehand.
