round ligament pain

I'm 19 weeks and have had a constant pain in my lower left side for a week but it was more annoying then painful. However, today I feel like someone is stabbing me and it's awful!! I made it home from work and put a warm compress on it and then my puppy jumped in the recliner and he jarred it so bad I actually started to cry...and now I'm just crying because I'm sick of this pain and just general overwhelming pregnancy feelings. Is there anything I can do for relief? I'm going to lose my mind if I have pain like this until March!
