Still getting BFN on cycle day 48 😩

Last period was September 14th... have had regular periods my whole life....I am now on cycle day 48 and no signs of AF! I have been nauseous, I am getting headaches, have had mild cramps off and on, nipples were sore for a few days but are no longer. I feel full and constantly bloated, and always tired! I'm supposed to start my next period Nov. 12 if AF doesn't come by then I will test again!! Have any of you ladies experienced being this late and getting negatives then ended up being pregnant after all?? Opinions would be awesome!!!!
