Pregnant boyfriend?!?!

Im currently 19 weeks and 4 days, im not quite showing nor do i feel any different...however i feel that my boyfriend has all the pregnancy symptoms. He wants to sleep all the time, when we go out to eat he orders more than he usually does and gets weird cravings. He asks me if i get any cravings, i tell him no whatever there is to eat ill eat im not picky. Him on the other hand has certain cravings, he gets tooth aches out of nowhere and body aches. I feel like his more pregnant than me. Is that possible ???
