TMI ALERT!! Please help

so a few weeks ago I had a bleed followed by tonnes of brown spotting for days after however all was fine I had an ultrasound. A week later I wake up with this? What on earth is happening? Should I seek medical advice... for them to just tell me they can't see where the bleed is coming from. I am 15w 4 days today. Someone please help any advice appreciated ?
