Here's my current BBT CHART, I was supposed to get my period on the 2nd, started spotting on the 30th (small dip) now it's slowly going back up! If I don't go below my COVERLINE by Saturday I'm going to test again

I've heard of a few people that have , that's why they don't know they're pregnant until like 3 months along ..so it's definitely possible but I'd say it's probably moreso rare
