I keep waking up on my back! 😳
My doctor said that I needed to start sleeping on my side, as sleeping on your back in pregnancy is apparently bad. No matter how hard I try, I always wake up laying on my back! Is this bad for me/baby? I have no idea how long I'm sleeping in that position, I usually wake up feeling lower back pain and roll onto my side.
