Sister-in-law-zilla! 😣

My sister in law is making me go insane! Maybe I am a little confused perhaps someone can enlighten me. The second we told her that we are expecting she IMMEDIATELY stated that she is throwing me THE BEST baby shower ever. My mother in law jumped on that band wagon almost as soon as she said it. Now they are creating this shower with all these things and ideas that I would NEVER choose for myself. I made the mistake of saying a bee theme would be cute and now not only is the baby shower a bee theme but apparently MY baby's nursery theme as well. I know she is doing this purely out of love..but honestly she knows NOTHING about me. I met my husband 2 years ago after I moved to this TINY 3000 population town from Las Vegas. How could she possibly know me or what I want for MY shower. I suggested she include my best friend and mother more..and that was like the WORST thing I could have said. She literally wants to FIGHT my bff just for wanting to be included. MY husband stood up for my friend and mother and now its WW111 and she threw in the towel and is no longer throwing the shower. She has said nothing but rude things to me and about my bff. I mean I'm sorry, but half of the food spread she had planned I'm literally allergic to or can't stand to eat. Oh AND, she doesn't know one single person I know so how can she invite anyone? This is the closest thing I have to social media so not like she can utilize that to her advantage! Ugh. I'm just so upset. I guess I am throwing in the towel too and not having a baby shower for what will most likely be my ONLY child.
