So I've been having contractions since about 4 am they are 4-6 minutes apart and I went to L&D I am dilated at a 1 but I'm scheduled for a c section on Monday and since I've had two previous c sections I have to have another one. Anyways... I got sent home because they want me at a 2 or 3 dilated the nurse said I am in labor just early labor how do I get myself to dilate one more centimeter or 2 lol
