No negativity please!

Hi everyone! So I was wondering what everyone thought.. A week or two ago I would wipe and get a light brown or pinkish discharge spotted when I'd wipe & it only happened 1-2 times within a 2 day span.. For the past week I've been having cramping and back pain. It's possible I could be pregnant, but I tested last week on like wed with a BFN. Yesterday while sitting down I got extremely faint and felt like I was going to pass out. I have also comedown with a crazy random head cold & with headaches everyday. I've been having sticky or watery egg white discharge and seems to be a bit of it. I'm now 4 days late on my period & I don't take Plan B or anything of the sort. I had to stop taking birth control over a month ago due to issues. I was just wondering if any of you ladies had the same experience. If I am pregnant, it's different than what it was with my son who is now 8 months old. Thank you to everyone in advance.
