I had my baby girl

Thursday the 27th I was busy nesting like a mad women. I did 3 loads of laundry, loaded ans unloaded the dishes, swept and washed floors, went food shopping, made and cleaned up after dinner. I finally sat down and watched some I love Lucy episodes with my mother in law who just came down that day to ne here for a week. I went to bed around 11:30 but fell asleep around 12. Around 1 I woke up from a comtraction but kept my eyes close hoping that it would go away because I was so tired. Then I felt I had to go the bathroom but wanted to wait for the contraction to end. When I sat up I felt wet. I thought maybe my water broke , I went to the bathroom and saw mucus plug so i thought maybe my water didnt break? When I stood up off the toilet water went all down my and I knew. My mother in law woke up and got my husband up. We arrived at the hospital around 1:40 got my epidural around 2. Started feeling pressure in my tailbone and even tho i didnt feel pain my butt was tensing when the pressure would come so my butt cheeks were sore. I was nervous to push so i breathed thru about 4 contractions and then I pushed 3 times and she was out. 5:22am. 8lbs 4 oz and 20 inches long. When we left the hospital she was down to 7lb 10 oz. She pooped 5 times in the first 24 hours of life!! She nurses like a champ and poops like her Daddy..lol So blessed!
