My son is teething😩

He's almost five months, on the 9th he will be. He's been teething a lot lately. On his bottom front gums, you can see two white spots and the gums are raising slightly where it's starting to come through. I've been doing infants orajel and baby Tylenol. I've also been using teething rings in the freezer but he really won't keep it in his mouth, we've frozen bananas and let him chew on that but he does not like the taste. What else can I try?? I really don't want to do teething tablets because I haven't head very great things about them.
