Can I take it orally instead of vaginally inserting??? Will it work the same?

With my daughter I took it orally, then was instructed to take it vaginally.

To be honest, unless I am right a due date I won't be doing anything this go around. Except maybe the red raspberry tea.

Primrose oil increases your estrogen levels when taken orally; also it csn inctease infection if your put it on your cervix by trapping bacteria. So I wouldn't use it. Castor oil would be safer if your trying to speed up a delivery date. Also, the middle of pineapple and dates both have enzymes when eaten  that help the cervix rippen.
