Need input!!!!

So I think I have pcos I use to sometimes only have a period like once or twice a year ever since I started, I have been to the drs and they say everything is fine, anywho this year my periods have been starting to become a lot more regular, has anyone ever had the is happen and get pregnant once the periods are a little more regular? Just needing some input thanks y'all :)
