Period then this....

AF came Oct 27th- 30th it was very light then got a little heavier to where I needed 2 tampons a day. I had alot of ewcm. Today I noticed I was feeling very wet went to bathroom to pee and I had a strong of bloody cm tmi I know. Put a pad on and had maybe a drop more. Went to bathroom a few more times and nothing u til now when I just went I had stringy ewcm hanging out but it was very light pinkish brown. Took pregnancy test and it was Negative. Going to dr to have blood drawn tomorrow has anyone had this happen and ended up pregnant or what was the case?
