Baby Smell??

Hi everyone I need some answers!! Lol So if I was pregnant I'd be 3 weeks I haven't missed my period yet but I totally feel like I'm not going to get a positive pregnancy test in a few days AF DUE 11/4 (lack of sex this cycle BD ONCE a day before ovulation )but today my mom hugged me & said I smelled like a baby I said WHAT?! Lol then she said I smelled like baby milk I can't smell it though anyone experienced this &turned out to be pregnant?
