blood work ?

Should I get blood work done ? I have taken 3 tests and all came back negative ! Period was due October 30th . And dpo does it mean the peak you conceived or the last day you ovulated ? My last day of ovulation was October 21st . I'm impatient and need to when to test . My boobs hurt . I had some nausea. My jeans are fitting really tight . I get energy and then sometimes I'm super tired.
