Y'all im fixing to lose t!!

Y'all im fixing to lose t!! I am so incredibly overwhelmed our poor dog got fleas from my mom's dog and he has severe allergies and now he's itching like crazy losing hair and I can't watch him constantly because it makes his skin worse so now the fleas are getting worse and I am going to be induced in 2 weeks I have no idea what to do I vacuum every single day watch all of our stuff and hot water we have gotten our house bombed so I don't think it's in the house I have no idea what to do I am exhausted because he keeps us up at night itching his skin is flaky and bleeding and he is miserable we have taken him to the vet 4 times in the last month-and-a-half trying to get everything under control nothing is working and we have exhausted all of our backup money trying to get him to feel better but nothing is working stressing me out
