I need help or advice ASAP.

Ok I'm 17 and In my state, that is the legal age to move out AND the legal age of consent. For the past 6 or 7 months I've been dating an older guy (8 years older) and my mother is being a psycho about it. My home life personally sucks so I want to move out anyway but what I'm getting at is 1.) is it okay for her to treat me like shit just because she doesn't want me to see this person who I genuinely connect with and makes me happy? She threatens to call the cops on him 24/7 and legally they can't do anything to him. I've never snuck around behind her back so she has no reason to disbelieve me, and my job requires me to stay until everything is done and she ends up blowing up my phone with very vulgar texts when I haven't texted her by a time she thinks I need to be done at my job. She's so controlling of me, she makes me call her everywhere I go (which by the way is only to school, work, and my best friends house who she knows very well.) She's constantly being vulgar and straight up mean to me. I make A's and B's in school, I'm about to graduate. I work, and I'm involved with things like sports. She has no reason to be this way to me or anyone else. I can clearly understand why she doesn't want me to be seeing this guy but she won't listen to ANYTHING I have to say. I'm not exaggerating. NOTHING. I'm so sick of it. I really think I need to move out, what do you guys think? Sorry it's long btw.
