ADVICE PLEASE!

I am a new mom and currently 18 weeks and 2 days. I haven't been feeling to well because my allergies are so intense but I also have been getting strange pains in my stomach. I can't tell if they are normal because I have never been pregnant before. Some are low by my hip bone, some on my sides, high below my boobs. They are just sharp pains and don't stay long. Sometimes I cramp and it stay a second. But my stomach is also upset. Gas and constipation then diarrhea out of no where. Is this normal??
