Best time to test is between 12-4pm.. At least 4 hours after your first morning pee, and try not to drink anything or it will dilute the urine. I held my pee for 6 hours after morning pee and got an Obviously positive test. The line needs to be " As dark OR darker " than the line that is always on the right.
