TMI with photo: What CM is this?

I don't think I have noticed ever getting this kind of CM. I usually get creamy white or yellowish stringy CM. But today, I found this jelly, clear CM. I'm currently CD17 of (normally) 30 day cycle. BD-ed only once on CD6. Anybody who has got this CM? Is this pre or post ovulation CM?
