why do I feel my baby sliding at my hips

I'm 33 weeks tomorrow when the baby moves I feel him right at my hips he even kicks them it's so discomfort and hurts badly especially when I've got bad hips by falling down the stairs years ago

That's normal. I usually feel my baby push off my hip and poke out the top.

Yes my son does this too!! He's head down so I'm not sure what he's doing in there but I can definitely tell when he shoves on my hips!
