what else do I need?

Question

I have:
A car seat
A stroller (car seat don't fit in it)
2 swings
A bouncer
A pack and play
A play yard
5-7 receiving blankets
A fuzzy blanket
1 fitted sheet
A diaper bag
Jolly jumper
Car seat cover 
An exersauser 
And a bath tub
I also have clothes and diapers and shampoo and lotion, but I didn't add that cause I'll always need more. 
But as for the things that I won't run out of, I just want to make sure that I have everything, or I'm not forgetting to get certain things. 
Is there anything else that you guys can think of that I should add to my shopping list?

You'll need a few sheets, they need changed often. Milk/sick etc

Boogie wipes. It helps if they get a runny nose during cold weather and it has saline so it keeps the nose soft. 
(I haven't had a newborn in six years, so I don't remember how often they get snotty)

Butt cream..like desitin or something. Also, if you breast feed, then nipple cream. Infant tylenol is good to have on hand as well.

TONS MORE SHEETS. Babies throw up and have blow outs and you need tons of sheets.. and a mattress protector for those leaky days.. pacifiers? Bottles? Hand mittens? Socks? Hats? Butt paste(or powder.. whatever..) wipes for in the car.. extra diaper bag in the car with extra diapers and outfits(with plastic bags) for explosive poopy days! You know..
