Advice please!

Alright mommas, I had my anatomy scan 7 weeks ago at 21 weeks. The ultrasound technician told me she couldn't tell me if anything was wrong, that it had to be reviewed by my doctor. After multiple phone calls to the office, and asking for the results at my last two visits, I still don't know the results. The ultrasound technician only told me my fluid levels are concerning and she would put in for the head shape and nose are to be looked at. But, told me she couldn't tell me what was wrong, or if anything was wrong for sure. I just made my first appointment with a new doctor today, hoping for answers. Now, my question is, my friends mom is an ultrasound technician and says her head shape isn't normal, does it look like normal to you? I know you all aren't doctors but would love another opinion. The tech also couldn't find her nose. Not sure what it could mean. Any opinions would be appreciated.
