TMI please help

20 weeks and I just had a lot of liquid come out of me. I've been constipated for some time and I sat down to try. Of course I peed as I first sat down but as I was trying a bunch of liquid came out of me (from my vagina). It was mixed with my pee so I'm assuming it was clear.. I tried calling my doctors office but they are closed, is this a reason to go to the er or am I overreacting.
