6 Weeks And 3 Days Pregnant Spotting...Scared

I'm freaking out as I have no insurance yet and I started spotting at work, it was light and pink in color, no cramps and only spotted 2 more times since been home, now no spotting. I'm so scared I'm gonna lose this baby too!
