I need advice.

OK my boyfriend and I have been TTC for quite awhile now. Around the 26th of October I was ovulating. And about 3-4 days after ovulation, my breasts started becoming sore and staying that way ever since. And now starting today, my temperature has been around 99.3 all day long... And I am not sick with a cold or anything. Could i be pregnant and possibly be going through implantation right now? I really want my miracle baby.
