Pregnant?

So I've been having pregnancy symptoms for a week or so now. My husband and I had a slip up a couple of weeks ago. I've tested several days and have come up negative each time. I took a test today and saw that it was negative and moved on. I came back a bit later and saw the test attached to this. There's a slight line. I don't know whether to see this as a positive or a test malfunction. I'm gonna test again in the morning but this is just crazy to me. Help?
