how many times do you give solid a day?

My LO is almost 6 months. It seems he is not getting enough food. Only breasfeeding and i give him solid once a day. Is it too less confusing an feeling bad 😳😞

Pedi told me at least 28 no more then 36oz a day. She eats 6-8oz of solids per day. But my daughter had been eating solids since 4 months. Might not eat as much at first if you waited till 6 months?

2/3 time's. Breakfast is cereal, veggie for lunch n veggie for dinner.

Mine is 5.5 months and won't eat solids. She will just spit it out and refuse the food and just take the spoon😞😔

I started out once per day and about 2 weeks later upped it to twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening. Now 2 weeks later I think it might be time to add a lunchtime snack too.

My girl is almost 6 months and she is breastfed and eats  a serving of oatmeal and half a jar of fruit or veggie 2 times a day. She also eats a few snacks of the Gerber little crunchies or yogurt bites and nurses throughout the day.
