ultrasound and unexplained infertility
My husband and I have been trying to conceive on and off for just over 2.5 years and I've never been able
To get pregnant. I've used opk's some months and been able to pinpoint my ovulation everytime. I have regular cycles and no major issues (regular bleeding, no excessive pain, etc). My husbands had the semen analysis and ive undergone day 3 and day 23 blood tests, and an HSG. Obgyn has told
Us that all of our tests are normal and that's he's 100% confident that I'm ovulating fine. So the result is the dreaded "unexplained infertility". My question is that I haven't had any ultrasounds (abdominal or vaginal) at all, but is this normal? Has anyone had a similar situation that all tests have come back normal but an ultrasound has provided some answers? Just hoping someone has some advice before I can ask my doctor. Thanks!
