Does Tricare cover sperm analysis?

Hi everyone. I've spent all day at the fertility specialist and calling Tricare about how much my treatments would cost, so now I'm being lazy and asking here if Tricare will cover my husband's sperm analysis? If not how much can we typically expect to pay? We are in NY. TIA!

We're in Hawaii and it was covered here along with meds for the IUI and the actual procedure itself. The only thing we pay for is the sperm wash. All infertility testing for myself and my husband was covered. Hope that helps a bit. :)

Tricare prime will cover if your hubby goes on post to receive the care. As far as seeing a private provider, we were able to do that as well. There are some limitations but we found that invetro was the only issue we'd have getting covered

If it’s determined that he has service related problems with infertility, more stuff is covered.

We are in California and all of his tests were covered. Blood work and two sworn analysis.

We are Tricare select, once we reached our catastrophic cap everything was covered (testing wise) . His sperm analysis was covered as he's prime.

Yes. I'm in the military and work in women's health. The man will have to see his PCM for a semen analysis to be ordered.

If he is still active, it’s covered. My husband had two while he was still active.
