I've noticed that I've had a lot more vaginal discharge but the color and consistency hasn't changed its just clear but there's been way a lot more! Also today I've been having some really bad stomach pain like extreme camping on my period except it's all through my lower abdomen to just about below my belly button not really sure what's going on since it's my first pregnancy and also don't know if this is common but it hurts to where it's making my whole body feel weak and I've also been nauseous today can anybody help me???
