Miscarriage. How do you move on and try again?

I had a miscarriage a little over a week ago. I am completely heartbroken and so scared it will happen again. My Dr. said my husband and I can start trying again after 3 cycles. Any advice on how to get through this?

Sorry you had to go through that! I recently had one last month around 5-6 weeks. I honestly don't know how I got through it, I remember the days passing like a blur. My advice is to cry when you need too! You lost a big part of you. Grieve as much as you want and talk to someone when you need to talk. I had a bestfriend go through the same thing and I found that talking to her really helped.

Well guess what most miscarriage happens because of chromosomal abnormalities soo it might be in god's will that he wants you to have a healthy pregnancy the next time trust me I did my research on miscarriage because I had one I found out if the baby survive it would of been hard on me to take care of her 6.24.14 she passed away I held her in for 8 faithful weeks, some people are sucessful on one try but I got pregnant again 3 months after I miscarried now i am almost 16 weeks with a baby girl

I had a miscarriage/still birth 8 months ago, you'll have your good and bad days. I kept it bottled up inside for a while and I've found that being open and taking about it does help. No one knows exactly what you're going through cause every miscarriage/ experience is different but having someone to talk, whether SO or friend is always nice. There is also tons of books out there and other resources that might help.

And just so you know we ended up getting pregnant agian 8 weeks later after just one cycle. Im currently 24 weeks with a heathy little girl!

It really takes time😔everyone deals with it differently and with a next pregnancy you'll probably be a little more anxcious than someone who didn't have to deal with that.But with time you will get over it,not completely but the hurting will subside a bit.I'm so sorry for your loss.Give it time and take that time to heak and take care of yourself.I wound that the support from friends/family subsides quite quickly though so you will find out who's really there for you.
Why do you have to wait 3months?After my ma and d&c I only had to wait a month. Hugs xxx
