advice someone?

I haven't had my period yet it's due Nov 7. My boobs are kinda sore but mostly it's my nipples. Sorry if it's TMI. Anyways, they feel heavy not normal I mean I know I'm not skinny but they don't feel like the normal fat lol just heavy. I have had mild cramping and I never get those symptoms before period the only symptom I would get before AF is a discharge. But that's all! My boobs have been like this for like a week. I took a pregnancy test but negative :/
