Do you sleep with a tampon in?

If I know I'll be sleeping for 8 hours exact - or less, I'll sleep with one in. But 95% of the time I'm afraid I'll get toxic shock so I'll sleep with a pad. Just curious :)

It's not an exact timing thing, it's fine to sleep with it in. You don't want to leave it in all day (although some have on accident and been fine) or especially multiple days...the longer it's in, the higher the risk, but overnight is totally fine

I always leave mine in at least the full 8 hours. Sometimes I forget and they stay in longer lol. I've definitely left one in over 24 on accident and I was fine. It only happens in rare and severe cases.

I usually change mine right before I go to bed and first thing in the morning I change it. TSS is rare. 
I usually have tampons in for about 10 hours but I also clean my self at least three times a day. Morning, late afternoon, and prior to bed (: just practice good hygiene and you'll be fine (:

I LOATHE pads, when I had my baby and was bleeding all the time I swear I bought some depends for the first few nights because I knew otherwise I was going to ruin all my underwear. Then I switched to these EXTREME night time pads, which had like a full butt cover. Needless to say I was very happy when I was able to use a tampon again. If the flow isn't heavy, I leave it in the entire work day, probably 10 hours from when I leave until I get home. Otherwise I change it when it's full. I definitely sleep with one in.

I used to sleep with a pad, but now I've gotten to the point that if I do it just irritates me because I feel like I need to change it a lot! If your worried about sleeping too long, put on an alarm for 8 hours later to change it. Then go back to sleep ☺️

I have to sleep with one in because mine get so heavy at night. I use both.
