to worry or not?!

Question

I was recently late on my period but, when it finally came, it lasted from October 28th - October 31st. it's been a little while since my husband and I was intimate.. I have a 5 month old son and would love to wait a while to have more kids. should I be worried? or should I take a test?

I have a 6 month old and my periods which were like clock work has been late for the last 2 months(only had 2 cycles since having her thank you breast feeding) now that she is on to formula I am hoping to regulate and get back on track.  If I were you it's piece of mind to just take the test and be done with it.   Stress is likely to mess cycles up as well.
