Sinus infection and pregnant

I've never had one before but when I looked up my symptoms, sinus infection kept coming up. I have a constant headache, my right nostril is literally sore and swollen, and now my right ear is thumping and sore. I'm sneezing a lot more as well. I have a obgyn appointment tomorrow and I'm not sure if this is something to bring up to him, or make a regular doctors appointment. I'm sorry this might sound dumb but I'm a ftm and don't really no the boundaries of a obgyn and what I should let him know.
