Should I call labor and delivery they've been happening for the past few hours I just started timing them

If they are like this for 30 mins and increasing in intensity, go to l&d

I am here now I called they've been happening for the past few hours and since I have history of preterm labor they said come in

Depends on how long. My doctor said 5 minutes or less apart for an hour.
I've had contractions off and on, between 1-4 minutes apart for 30-40 minutes and then nothing, it stops.
So I would call your L&D to see what they say.
