bleeding/spotting scare 9w6d

I was leaving work and headed home with my fiancé and when I went to pee I saw blood on the tissue and freaked out! I wiped 3 times and kept getting blood it was a mixture of red (not bright period) and pink. We went straight the the hospital and they did a sonogram and said the baby is ok and that my cervix was closed but to follow up today with my obgyn. Every time I got up to pee last night there was some sort of blood on the tissue. I couldn't sleep! This is our miracle baby after 4 years of infertility and countless treated cycles that were a bust. Has this happened to anyone! And they have a beautiful healthy baby? I'm so nervous 😩
