Need advice!!!!!

I have bands on my tubes an have had for 12 years, I started me period an I had heavy bleeding Saturday til Monday then had been lightly spotting til today. I have felt movement in my stomach an it also knots up its on the left side of my stomach next to my navel. I know it a not gas or indigestion, I have been very nauseous an extremely fatigued, also have been having sharp pains I'm my lower back could this be just my imagination ?
