dietary changes?
Hi ladies!
I'm new to Glow, but my husband and I have been actively trying for about seven months now (off BC for over a year).
Just wondering if anyone has found any dietary changes to be helpful in TTC? I recently cut out all alcohol and just started a more natural diet focused on protein and veggies with fewer carbs.
Any tips based on what worked for you? Either dietary changes or natural supplements?
