I need help !!!

I need help !!! My SO and I tried anul sex about 4weeks ago. Since then whenever I poop it hurts really really really bad and I bleed. Its a good amount of blood to....... Why can I do? I haven't seen a doctor yet but I have an appointment next week did this ever happen .to anyone before ? It hurts so much to the point where I try not to even poop
