A girl I know found out I was breastfeeding, and weirdly enough she asked "if you swallow cum, will the baby taste it in the breastmilk? Will he be eating it?"
I have no words for this person. 
How would you respond?

Id just say no. I mean its not a big deal most people dont know everything about breastfeeding. I seen alot of women on here ask if a baby eats everything you eat when breastfeeding.
