Man, I can't stop pooping. I don't know what is going on. I take probiotics and Rainbow Light prematals. Also magnesium oxide. I pooped 4 times today. Sorry TMI!!!

I had same issue. I added oatmeal and banana to my breakfast. Also increased water and exercise as possible. I'm 15 weeks or so and I haven't had an issue since I started doing this. 😀

Make sure you start charting when you go and the size so you can avoid an impaction. My doc put me on a daily regimen of docusate 100, 2 pills in am and 2 pills in pm. Plus 1 serving Metamucil powder in 8 oz water/ juice followed by 8 oz water. Plus, My magnesium vitamin daily. If all that doesn't work, do a serving of Miralax. If still not working, call and ask Dr. (I've been able to decrease docusate to 2 pills daily so far). She said you can do this throughout pregnancy because the health condition causing it is pregnancy and hormones. She is 1 of the top 10 rated ObGyns in my state. Also, going on walks has helped me a little.

Try eating some prunes. I have a bag of delicious French prunes, but unfortunately I've been having the opposite problem as you, so I have to limit myself to 2 or 3 a few times a week. Not saying I wish I had your problem whatsoever but I am craving those prunes!

I take a fiber supplement, probiotics, and eat tons of fresh fruit and drink tons of water. Last night I caved and took milk of magnesia. Now I have diarrhea. What an exciting roller coaster my intestines are on!
